Founder and President

Scott McLeod is president and founder of Catalyst Consulting, SLC. He began his career in leadership and organizational development as a human relations facilitator, teaching him the critical skills of listening, sharing, and overcoming difficult interpersonal barriers. Since then, he has taken his facilitation skills and put them to use helping organizations implement solutions to their toughest problems. As part of his commitment to connecting with people and the broader world, Scott has learned three foreign languages: French, Spanish, and Swahili. He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Vermont and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Utah. He has worked in both the public and private sectors as a management consultant and brings experience from around the globe. With this, he hopes to serve as a catalyst for powerful new developments in Utah and across the West.

From the world's largest oil companies to development NGOs in Africa, she has helped transform some of the globe's most influential organizations. Reola’s core strengths are designing and leading large-scale projects and initiatives and inspiring leaders and teams to create and implement desired futures. Her clients include nationally and internationally based companies.

Kent Boesdorfer
Associate - Partner of Headwaters Leadership Group

Kent Boesdorfer brings more than 30 years of experience as a change management and implementation practitioner to organizations around the world. He has led change teams in major financial services, public sector, health care, retailing, international development, and manufacturing organizations. His work has taken him across the globe including Europe, Asia, and most recently Africa.
