Scott is an avid outdoors-man, with a particular love for rock-climbing and back country skiing.  These sports have taken him on a journey of self discovery and growth, as he uses them to push himself both physically and mentally. In addition, being active in the outdoors has taken him to "great heights" all over the world, including Europe, Africa, and South America.  Most recently, he has fallen in love with experiencing the great outdoors with his newborn son, Desmond.

Reola Phelps

Reola has been active in the outdoors for years, inspiring almost everyone she meets to venture out themselves and experience nature. Among the many long distance bike rides, backpacking trips, and ski adventures, she has also also climbed peaks such as the Grand Teton (Wyoming) and Mt. Kilimanjaro (Africa). Her work as a facilitator began in the outdoors, and this becomes immediately clear as she believes everyone is capable of so much more than they often believe.

Apart from his own exceptional achievements in the great outdoors (Mt. Kilimanjaro among them), Kent has spent the last 20 years of his life working in a truly global setting.  His "home-bases" have included London and Nairobi, and from there his work has taken him across Europe, Asia, and Africa.  In all, Kent has worked in over 40 countries world wide.
